     This is a directory (see 2nd link on left)of some of the best business and service providers in the area for both real estate related and other services. This is a separate part of the client appreciation program. Having a lineup of superior individuals for different parts of the real estate transaction will make for a smoother one that is less costly and has a greater probability of success. These as well as the other businesses are an added value to the consumer.
Consumer Choice Regarding Realtor Compensation
     Different compensation structures allow a better fit for the consumer and Jeff. This frees up Jeff to be more of a consultant and advisor.
     Traditional fee model. Realtor/Company assumes marketing cost and time risk for X percent when home sells.
     Modified fee model. Client pays Y dollars up front and the amount paid when the house sells is deducted by Y + negotiated amount. This allows for some of the marketing cost risk to be bared by the client, and in return get savings when the home sells.
